  • Do you provide child safety seats?
We understand the importance of keeping our little passengers safe and sound during the journey. According to the law, children under the age of 6 who weigh 18 kg (40 lbs) or less must be secured in an appropriate child safety seat. Therefore we've got child safety seats to keep your little ones snug as a bug on their adventure. Just like finding the last slice of pizza, our supply of child safety seats is limited. If you're the proud owner of your own child safety seat, please bring it with you and give us a heads-up in advance. This way, our driver can plan the seating arrangements like a seasoned Tetris master. If you don't have a child safety seat, don't panic! Before booking, drop us a line so we can confirm if we have one available for your little passenger. Safety is our top priority. No child will be allowed to sit on a parent's lap during the journey. We're here to make sure everyone has a safe and enjoyable ride. Note: A $ 20.00 fee applies for the use of our child safety seat to cover maintenance and sanitation costs.

  • What is a Rock Pile?
It's not just any ordinary pile of rocks. Rather, it's a captivating 0.8-kilometre out-and-back trail that leads you to the pinnacle viewpoint of Moraine Lake, where the most astonishing pictures are captured. However, it's important to remember that venturing off the designated trail is not allowed - and for good reason. Safety is our utmost concern, and straying from the trail can be dangerous. With this in mind, embrace the beauty of Moraine Lake from the safety of the trail and capture those remarkable moments that will leave a lasting impression.
  • Is your Moraine Lake and Lake Louise service a tour or a shuttle?
Our Moraine Lake and Lake Louise service is a shuttle with a bit of extra touch. Picture this: it's like having a driver who's always there for you, sharing their knowledge about the area and waiting at the lakes with a smile. So, remember their face and keep them in your mental hall of fame! Once you arrive at the lakes, it's time to spread your wings and explore on your own. Our driver won't accompany you during your lakeside adventures but will patiently await you.
  • How far are Moraine Lake and Lake Louise from the parking lots?
Brace yourself for a delightful revelation! Moraine Lake takes convenience to the next level - it's even closer! So, get ready for a joyful hop, skip, and jump from the parking lots to these magical lakes.
  • What if I miss the bus?
Ah, the dreaded missed bus scenario. While we understand that life can sometimes throw curveballs, unfortunately, we can't hold the bus for individual passengers. Our drivers have strict driving hour regulations imposed by the government to keep everyone safe. Going over those hours can lead to some serious trouble for the driver and our company, and we want to avoid that like the plague. But fear not! If the stars align and there's space available on the next bus, we'll gladly give you a ride without any extra charges. Just keep in mind that during the bustling visiting season, our trips tend to be as popular as a pancake breakfast, so snagging a spot on another trip is not a guarantee. If all trips are fully booked, or it happens to be the last trip of the day, you'll have to channel your inner adventurer and make your own way back to your hotel at your own expense. Don't worry, though! We've got a secret weapon for you. There's a heroic taxi service called Three Sisters Taxi that can come to your rescue, especially if you find yourself stranded at the picturesque Moraine Lake. Just remember, there's no cell phone service there! However, there is a pay phone at the lake, or you might just strike gold with the gracious folks at Moraine Lake Lodge. They might be kind enough to let you use their phone. So please be punctual and come back to the vehicle on time for your scheduled departure. It's the best way to ensure a smooth and worry-free experience for everyone involved. Safe travels, and may the Moraine Lake bus departure gods be ever in your favour!
  • Is there a cell phone service at Moraine Lake and Lake Louise?
There is cell phone service at Lake Louise, but unfortunately, there is NO cell phone service at Moraine Lake! You might start to regain reception approximately five kilometres down the road towards Lake Louise. If you urgently need to use a phone, there is a pay phone by the parking lot. So, remember to enjoy the serenity of Moraine Lake without the constant pings and notifications. It's a chance to truly disconnect and immerse yourself in the beauty of nature.

For our private tours and transfers we provide "door to door" service. Please make sure you provide us with the exact address. For our Moraine Lake and Lake Louise shuttle we've got five fantastic locations. Let's dive in: 1. CANMORE - The Malcolm Hotel: Our first pick-up spot is conveniently located close to downtown Canmore. While you wait for the shuttle, make a breakfast stop at The Pulse coffee bar and general store inside The Malcolm Hotel. It's like a flavour party for your taste buds! And if you're feeling extra generous, grab a souvenir or two for your loved ones and become the family hero. But hold your appetite for a little longer! The Stirling Grill and Lounge, nestled inside The Malcolm Hotel, is an amazing restaurant with a patio that'll make you go, "Wow, they really nailed the 'dining with a view' concept!" Enjoy a delicious lunch or dinner there after we whisk you back from your grand adventure. Remember, the meals at The Pulse and The Stirling are not included in the shuttle service, but they're worth every mouthwatering penny! 2. CANMORE - Falcon Crest Lodge: Our second pick-up spot is located within a short walking distance for those staying at hotels on and around Kananaskis Way. It's so close you could probably hop, skip, and jump your way there. Okay, maybe just walk casually, but you get the idea. And here's a little secret: if you're a food enthusiast, you'll be delighted to know that there's a fantastic Asian restaurant nestled inside Falcon Crest Lodge. 3. CANMORE - Coast Canmore Hotel & Conference Center: Introducing the third pick-up spot. You'll find it hanging out near the corner of Bow Valley Trail and Railway Ave, a stone's throw from 'The Shops of Canmore.' If your hotel happens to be chilling on Bow Valley Trail, this could be your meet-up oasis. No need to go all Sherlock Holmes with a magnifying glass – Google Maps has got your back. Please, check the distance and plan your stroll to ensure you have enough time. And guess what? We've got a little secret tucked away – the Table Restaurant, located inside the hotel. Yep, it's right there, waiting for you. Tummy rumbling before or after your adventure? Swing by for a bite – the food's as satisfying as finding a comfy bed after a long journey. 4. CANMORE - Northwinds Hotel Canmore: We've added another pick-up spot in Canmore! This gem caters to the hotels hanging out on the northern end of Bow Valley Trail. You know, the cool hangouts like Rocky Mountain Ski Lodge, Canmore Rocky Mountain Inn, Silver Creek Lodge, Rundle Mountain Lodge, Super 8 by Wyndham, Canmore Inn & Suites, and the list goes on. 5. BANFF - Banff Park Lodge Resort Hotel & Conference Centre: Conveniently located in downtown Banff but just a short distance from Trans-Canada Highway. Why's that a big deal? Well, imagine this: our shuttle's cruising in from the Trans-Canada Highway, quick pick up and bam, we are back on Trans Canada heading to the lakes! No traffic tantrums in Banff for us! Plus, bonus points: this pick-up location is a hop, skip, and jump away from most of the hotels in Banff. It's like winning the transportation lottery!
  • Can we take our pet with us?
Oh, we love our furry friends as much as anyone, but we have a few guidelines to ensure a paw-sitively pleasant journey for everyone on board. Service dogs, providing much-needed assistance to individuals with disabilities, are more than welcome! Just give us a heads-up in advance so we can roll out the red carpet with appropriate seating arrangements. Now, for our non-service dog pals, they're welcome too, but there's a catch (pun intended)! We can only accommodate small dogs who can comfortably fit in a lap-sized pet carrier. We wouldn't want any wagging tails or enthusiastic woofs causing a stir among neighbouring passengers. Remember, good behaviour is the name of the game! All dogs, whether service or non-service, should be well-behaved, trained, and under control throughout the journey. We trust that you, as a responsible pet owner, will make sure your furry companion is on their best behaviour. And yes, you're responsible for any doggy-induced damages along the way. Oh, and just a heads-up, we may ask for verification of a service dog's status. We promise not to ask about their favourite bone flavour or secret tricks, but a little documentation might be requested to keep everything in order. We appreciate your cooperation in creating a harmonious and inclusive environment for all passengers, whether they have two legs or four. So, if you're planning to bring your fluffy buddy along, let us know in advance, follow the rules, and let's make this journey a howling success!
