  • Do you provide child safety seats?
We understand the importance of keeping our little passengers safe and sound during the journey. According to the law, children under the age of 6 who weigh 18 kg (40 lbs) or less must be secured in an appropriate child safety seat. Therefore we've got child safety seats to keep your little ones snug as a bug on their adventure. Just like finding the last slice of pizza, our supply of child safety seats is limited. If you're the proud owner of your own child safety seat, please bring it with you and give us a heads-up in advance. This way, our driver can plan the seating arrangements like a seasoned Tetris master. If you don't have a child safety seat, don't panic! Before booking, drop us a line so we can confirm if we have one available for your little passenger. Safety is our top priority. No child will be allowed to sit on a parent's lap during the journey. We're here to make sure everyone has a safe and enjoyable ride. Note: A $ 10.00 fee applies for the use of our child safety seat to cover maintenance and sanitation costs.
  • How much time will I have at each of the lakes?
Good news! You'll have about 1 hour at each stunning lake (trips including Lake Louise and Moraine Lake). Our "Sunset at Moraine Lake trip" gives you 1 hour and 45 minutes at Moraine Lake.
  • Which lake do we visit first?
We go to Lake Louise first and then to Moraine Lake.
  • What is a Park Pass? Do I need one for the shuttle?
Parks Canada require a park pass (entrance fee) for all, but fret not! Our shuttle service comes with a complimentary pass for the trip. No extra hassle, just pure adventure!
  • Is there an air-conditioning in the vehicle?
Absolutely! Our vehicle is chilled to perfection, ensuring you stay cool and suave throughout the journey. No sweating it out, just pure comfort!
  • What is a Rock Pile?
It's not just any ordinary pile of rocks. Rather, it's a captivating 0.8-kilometre out-and-back trail that leads you to the pinnacle viewpoint of Moraine Lake, where the most astonishing pictures are captured. However, it's important to remember that venturing off the designated trail is not allowed - and for good reason. Safety is our utmost concern, and straying from the trail can be dangerous. So, please resist the temptation to walk, run, or climb off the trail. Stick to the designated path and enjoy the awe-inspiring views from the Rock Pile while ensuring your own well-being. With this in mind, embrace the beauty of Moraine Lake from the safety of the trail and capture those remarkable moments that will leave a lasting impression.
  • Is this a tour or a shuttle?
It is a shuttle. With a little extra touch. Picture this: it's like having a driver who's always there for you, waiting at the lakes with a smile. So, remember their face and keep them in your mental hall of fame! Once you arrive at the lakes, it's time to spread your wings and explore on your own. Our driver won't accompany you during your lakeside adventures.
  • How far are the lakes from the parking lots?
Brace yourself for a delightful revelation! At Lake Louise, it's a mere two-minute walk (around 200 meters, depending on your walking speed and the specific parking lot we'll be using) And guess what? Moraine Lake takes convenience to the next level - it's even closer! So, get ready for a joyful hop, skip, and jump from the parking lots to these magical lakes.
  • What if I miss the bus?
Ah, the dreaded missed bus scenario. While we understand that life can sometimes throw curveballs, unfortunately, we can't hold the bus for individual passengers. Our drivers have strict driving hour regulations imposed by the government to keep everyone safe. Going over those hours can lead to some serious trouble for the driver and our company, and we want to avoid that like the plague. But fear not! If the stars align and there's space available on the next bus, we'll gladly give you a ride without any extra charges. Just keep in mind that during the bustling visiting season, our trips tend to be as popular as a pancake breakfast, so snagging a spot on another trip is not a guarantee. In the unlikely event that all trips are fully booked, or it happens to be the last trip of the day, you'll have to channel your inner adventurer and make your own way back to your hotel at your own expense. Don't worry, though! We've got a secret weapon for you. There's a heroic taxi service called Three Sisters Taxi https://threesisterstaxiab.ca/ that can come to your rescue, especially if you find yourself stranded at the picturesque Moraine Lake. Just remember, there's no cell phone service there! However, there is a pay phone at the lake, or you might just strike gold with the gracious folks at Moraine Lake Lodge. They might be kind enough to let you use their phone. So please be punctual and come back to the vehicle on time for your scheduled departure. It's the best way to ensure a smooth and worry-free experience for everyone involved. Safe travels, and may the bus departure gods be ever in your favour!
  • Is there a cell phone service at the lakes?
There is cell phone service at Lake Louise, but unfortunately, there is NO cell phone service at Moraine Lake! You might start to regain reception approximately five kilometres down the road towards Lake Louise. If you urgently need to use a phone, there is a pay phone by the parking lot. So, remember to enjoy the serenity of Moraine Lake without the constant pings and notifications. It's a chance to truly disconnect and immerse yourself in the beauty of nature.
  • Can we take a stroller with us?
Absolutely! We understand that even tiny humans come with big stroller needs. Just make sure it's a compact travel stroller that can magically fold into the size of a pocket elephant, and please let us know in advance so we can make room for your little one's set of wheels.

  • Can we take our pet with us?
Oh, we love our furry friends as much as anyone, but we have a few guidelines to ensure a paw-sitively pleasant journey for everyone on board. Service dogs, providing much-needed assistance to individuals with disabilities, are more than welcome! Just give us a heads-up in advance so we can roll out the red carpet with appropriate seating arrangements. Now, for our non-service dog pals, they're welcome too, but there's a catch (pun intended)! We can only accommodate small dogs who can comfortably fit in a lap-sized pet carrier. We wouldn't want any wagging tails or enthusiastic woofs causing a stir among neighbouring passengers. Remember, good behaviour is the name of the game! All dogs, whether service or non-service, should be well-behaved, trained, and under control throughout the journey. We trust that you, as a responsible pet owner, will make sure your furry companion is on their best behaviour. And yes, you're responsible for any doggy-induced damages along the way. Oh, and just a heads-up, we may ask for verification of a service dog's status. We promise not to ask about their favourite bone flavour or secret tricks, but a little documentation might be requested to keep everything in order. We appreciate your cooperation in creating a harmonious and inclusive environment for all passengers, whether they have two legs or four. So, if you're planning to bring your fluffy buddy along, let us know in advance, follow the rules, and let's make this journey a howling success!
  • What is your cancellation policy?
If you decide to part ways with us and need to cancel, as long as you do it at least 48 hours before the scheduled pick-up time, we'll bid you adieu with a full refund. But, if you wait until within 48 hours of the pick-up time to break the news, we're afraid it's a non-refundable situation. No refunds, no turning back. We've already reserved your spot and set the wheels in motion. Any bookings made within 48 hours before the scheduled pick-up time are non-refundable. Now, we don't want to resort to the silent treatment, but no-shows or forgetting to cancel will leave us with a heavy heart and no refund to offer. It's a tough love kind of situation. To call it quits and request a cancellation, just reach out to us via email or phone. Our customer support dream team is here to assist you with reservations, changes, cancellations, and all those burning inquiries you might have. So, while we hope you'll never have to say "It's not you, it's me" to our plans, we understand that life happens. Just remember, timing is everything when it comes to cancellations. Keep that 48-hour window in mind, and if you need to part ways, let us know. We promise we won't hold it against you (well, maybe just a little).
  • Does the vehicle have seatbelts?
Yes, it does. And we're serious about it! Seat belts are not just a fashion statement; they are a must for your safety and well-being. When you hop on board, buckle up and show those seat belts some love. They're here to keep you secure throughout the journey. We're all about safety, so please keep them on during pit stops or when the vehicle is stationary. Safety knows no breaks! So, remember, seat belts are your travel buddies. They're mandatory, and we require you to use them.
  • Should I tip the driver?
Ah, tipping, the age-old question of travel etiquette! While tipping isn't included in the price, our hardworking drivers would certainly appreciate a sprinkle of generosity. Tips are like little rays of sunshine that brighten their day and show appreciation for a job well done. So, if you feel inclined to share the tipping love, go ahead and add a tip while booking online or simply hand over some cash in person. Remember, tipping is not mandatory, but it can make our drivers do a secret happy dance. Plus, it's a great way to spread some good vibes and make someone's day a little brighter.
