Canmore Travel Corp gave us an excellent night tour of Banff National Park! They built us a bonfire, provided tasty hot chocolate and tea, and taught us how to do light painting. It was a really fun evening, and I highly recommend booking a tour with them!

Fun tour and knowledgeable tour driver
A great tour to Lake Louise and Moriane and learned a good bit about the area from our tour driver, Andres. He was knowledgeable about the area. made sure we knew what to do/ where to go at each location. Even helped one passenger who need assistance getting around. Took us on Bow Valley to look for wildlife as well. It was the perfect da!

This was an amazing tour. The pick-up and drop-off at our hotel was perfect. Our guides were great. They made us feel safe and comfortable. They provided blankets, chairs, hot drinks and restroom breaks. We took our 10 year old and he had a blast. We got some unbelievable pictures! I would recommend to everyone.

Our Stargazing jaunt up Lac Moraine was a lot of fun. Our guides were so friendly and knowledgeable. Between hot chocolate and teaching us to take night photography we were completely entertained. No complaints at all.

We really enjoyed the trip to Lakes Moraine and Louise. Our driver, Cory was very attentive and friendly to everyone in our van. He was also very knowledgeable about The lakes and sites along the drive. Once we got there, we were on our own for about an hour or so at each lake, which was plenty of time to see what we wanted to see. We both enjoyed Lake Louise the most… It was a bucket list for both of us

Friday September 19th we had a wonderful tour of Lake Louise and Moraine Lake with Cory from Canmore Travel. A very polite, well spoken young and very safe driver, we were in good hands the entire time. Very prompt pick up and smooth sailing the whole way. Lots of other tourists and transportation on the roads which he navigated like he’d being doing this for decades. Great local knowledge and interesting information about various sites along the way and plenty of time at both lakes for hikes, canoeing and lots of photos. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Cory and Canmore Travel if you are in this area. Very easy booking process and plenty of information right when you need it. Lenka was super helpful in answering all my questions. Great people and a great business.

Perfect tour guides from pick up to drop off! A very efficient organization with guides who love what they do.Informative and fun. Canmore Travel also set up a private tour for us at the last minute which made viewing Moraine Lake and Lake Louise so much easier.

Such an easy way to see two heavily visited locations! Utilized the shuttle service mid July and didn’t have to worry about parking nor waiting on public transit shuttle, etc. Tour Guide was nice, informative and a safe driver. Definitely appreciated his tips on the trails best suited for our desires and physical abilities. The van was comfortable and I was even allowed to charge my cell phone. 10/10

Lenka was very responsive and patiently addressed our large group’s many questions. Our driver picked us up at our doorstep on time and shared his local knowledge, giving us some new ideas for places to visit the following days. Our driver even provided all kinds of interesting anecdotes about the area’s avalanche management efforts. The lakes were of course gorgeous and our entire day was very special. I had an incredible experience on the morning tour with Canmore Travel, hands down one of the best ways to explore the Rockies without the stress of planning everything yourself.

Picked up right from hotel at 8am in a comfortable van with a small group. The tour took us to the iconic Lake Louise and Moraine Lake, both absolutely breathtaking. We also traveled along the scenic Bow Valley Parkway, with several chances to spot wildlife along the way.

Our guide Lenko was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, sharing fascinating local history, geology, and tips for the best photo spots. We were dropped off at our hotel by 4pm, feeling like we’d made the most of the day. Highly recommended! Perfect for anyone who wants to explore the Rockies without the hassle of planning - no need to worry about parking too!

Cory, our driver, gave us lots of hints and tips for best view and best beat the crowd spots. He was a terrific guide… we peppered him with all kinds of Banff questions up and back…and he had answers! A local kid with great personality. Very happy we took this tour; and didn’t “go it alone”. First of all we’d would have not been allowed in Lake Moraine in our own car….; 2nd it was great to have easy access to all our questions.

My birthday trip on September was made absolutely perfect thanks to Canmore Travel Corp.'s shuttle/tour. Booking with them was definitely the right choice; skipping the insane parking chaos at Moraine Lake and Lake Louise, which they already had perfectly sorted, was worth every penny.

What really made the difference was that the entire tour was expertly planned. It allowed us to simply relax and enjoy the day rather than worrying about the itinerary, timings, or driving. Since they are locals, they know their way around the area perfectly, which made the whole experience smooth and efficient.

### Exceptional Service from Start to Finish

The customer service was top-notch. Lenka's communication was excellent—she even called me the day before to let us know they were upgrading us to a longer tour since our morning shuttle had low sign-ups. That level of proactive service is fantastic! They were right on time at our hotel entrance, and the prep information on their website and in the emails was super handy to be ready for the day.

Our guide, Corey Banks, was an absolute star! This young man was friendly, incredibly engaging, and kept the whole van entertained and informed throughout the entire tour. He was proactive, genuinely understanding, and an excellent ambassador for the company. The van itself was super comfy with wide windows for beautiful viewing.

### A Small Suggestion for Accessibility

The only small issue we encountered was with the high floor of the van for my 77-year-old mother. Even with the provided stool, it was challenging for her to board. It would be wonderful if you could look into offering vehicles with slightly lower floors or ramps for elderly or mobility-impaired guests in the future.

Considering how expensive everything is in Banff, the price for this comprehensive, hassle-free tour was more than fair. Thank you, Lenka, Corey, and the team, for a truly memorable birthday experience! We highly recommend your small, local, female-owned business!
