All transfers are door-to-door with a dedicated vehicle and driver for your group only.

How to Book a Private Transfer

Your driver will meet you at the door of your location. Once your group is loaded up, you will be on your way.

How far in advance should I book, and what's your cancellation policy?
Book as early as possible, especially during peak ski (December–March) and summer (June–August). Cancellations made at least 7 full days before pickup are free of charge. For booking changes, contact us at least 48 hours in advance; changes depend on availability.Is the price per vehicle, and what's included?
Prices are per vehicle. Fuel is included; Alberta GST (5%) is added at checkout. Gratuity is appreciated but not required. Book a return transfer and enjoy 10% off your return ride.What forms of payment do you accept?

You can choose an SUV (up to 5 passengers) or a van (up to 14 passengers) at the time of booking.How much luggage can I bring?
SUV: three adults can bring up to 4 checked suitcases and 4 carry-ons; three adults plus two kids: up to 2 checked suitcases and 1 carry-on. Van: up to 12 checked suitcases and 1 personal item per passenger. Extra bags can be carried on an external weatherproof cargo carrier with advance notice.Do you have room for ski equipment, snowboards, or golf clubs?
It depends on group size. Contact us and we will advise what we can accommodate.Where will I meet my driver at the airport, and do you track flights?
The driver will meet you at your exit with a sign showing your name. We monitor arrivals to coordinate pickup when flight details are provided at booking.What happens if my flight is delayed or customs takes longer than expected?
Contact us as soon as possible. Delays up to one hour are accommodated at no extra charge. After that, a fee of CAD 100 applies for each additional hour started, subject to vehicle availability. If we cannot accommodate your delayed arrival, a new ride must be booked and paid for.Do you provide car seats, and is there a minimum age?
Car seats and booster seats are available upon request and confirmation; otherwise they are the guest's responsibility. There is no minimum age, but all passengers require their own seat and count toward vehicle capacity.Can we stop along the way, or drop off at multiple addresses?
Washroom breaks are possible. Other stops must be agreed in advance and may incur extra fees. We can drop off at multiple addresses within the same town; multiple towns may involve additional fees.Do you service destinations other than Banff and Canmore?

Yes. Vehicles use studded winter tires and drivers are certified with appropriate licenses.What happens in a snowstorm or road closure?
Routes may be adjusted for safety and under extreme conditions we may rebook at a mutually agreeable time. We are not responsible for weather anomalies that affect your route but will keep you informed.What are the rules during the ride (food, drinks, smoking, pets)?
Please avoid eating in the vehicle; drinks with lids are allowed. No alcohol, smoking, or vaping. Pets are welcome in a proper carrier with advance notice. Excessive mess or damage may incur a cleaning fee.
